Certified Disability Management Professionals may work internally within their own organisation or externally as a provider. Although they may provide direct services to workers with disabilities, they often perform executive functions which may include but are not limited to administration of DM services, development of policies and procedures, promotion of RTW concepts through education and training, consulting to joint labour-management committees, programme evaluation, etc.
